Oh this episode Robert sits down with veteran Chicago photographer Alex Garcia who’s been a staff photographer for over 20 years working for some of the top publications in America such as The Los Angeles Times and Chicago Tribune where he shared a Pulitzer Prize and won a World Press Photo Award. They talk about his background and how scored his staff positions and his recent transition into the world of freelance and commercial photography. Being of Cuban descent himself, he has a love for the country where he’s spent a significant time experiencing and documenting the culture over the years and will soon be leading a New York Times Journey to Havana in February 2016.
